Eddie Hill, President of TeamUp, Inc., is a Certified Behavior Specialist, Pastor, and Entrepreneur with multiple successful endeavors. 

TeamUp has been serving businesses and schools for over 15 years with training, team-building, and special events.

Eddie grew up in the working-class community of Glenwood, a development in Greensboro, North Carolina and broke through a number of challenges to make his way into Barton College in Wilson, N.C. He later moved to Texas to earn a master's degree from Texas Christian University. 

Today, Eddie still calls Texas home, along with his wife and two grown children. For most of his career, he has served churches in various roles, like Monica Park Christian Church in Garland, Texas, where he has served as pastor for 14 years. 

A man who thrives with many irons in the fire, Eddie continues to own and operates a team-building company, hosting about 75 events and training sessions a year for businesses and schools. On the side, he volunteers with Kairos Prison Ministry, performs stand-up comedy, and flips houses.
